After enjoying life on the Chair of ruling military regime for so many years, Senior Gen. Than Shwe has now become too fat and obese. And, so, he thinks that he will not be able to to run away quickly enough when international coalition forces come to Burma for a regime change and also for a tribunal on human rights crimes.

Now, under these circumstances, Than Shwe has decided to hide like an ostrich.

An ostrich is a bird but, like Than Shwe, it cannot fly away from an enemy attack. So it just try to run and ,in the worst situations, hide its had in the sand_ the ostrich is a big creature with a small little tiny brain in the head.

Likewise, the Regime of Burma is planning to hide its head in Pyinmanar!

Their plan is to play defense there when they come under American attack. They have been building a bomb-proof military command Head Quarter in Pyinmanar, and a nuclear reactor in a nearby hilly area. And now they are moving all important government departments to Pyinmanar.

Saddam Hussein did the same thing before his down-fall. Ostriches usually behave similarly before they are killed by enemy.

So we just make a wish here for Senior Gen. Than Shwe that his down-fall may not be as miserable as that of his fellow fascist dictator Mussolini (of Italy in 1940s).
